1EZ offers three kinds of placement services:

Contract Employment: We place a 1EZ employee with your company to work on a contract or project basis.

Contract-to-Hire: We place a 1EZ employee with your company to work on a contract basis. When the contract ends, you have the option to hire that employee.

Direct Hire: We help you find candidates for a permanent position directly with your company.
In providing our clients with consulting support, we utilize the resources of 1EZ on-staff consultants, as well as project-specific employees drawn from an extensive database of consultants. This approach enables us to respond quickly and professionally to the diverse requirements of our clients.
