La Joya de Panama Ocean View Estates is a 1250 acre Master Planned Mixed Use development situated on the west coast of the Azuero Peninsula within the beach front community of Torio, Republic of Panama. The Azuero Peninsula is referred to as the “Heartland” of Panama and upholds the rich culture and traditions that make Panama the “happiest Country in the World”.

The master plan includes an 18 hole golf course with country club, Tennis and Equestrian Center, beach and pool club as well as a town center with restaurants, convenience store and market. We have just broken ground on Phase 1 and are clearing lots. Unlike most developments, these lots are complete with water and electricity and are ready to build. All lots in this phase have amazing ocean views with the beauty of the hillside and rain forest showing throughout the community.
